PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA (4 December 2014) – The Asian Development Bank and Government of Australia are providing combined assistance of $10.5 million to promote private sector development in Greater Mekong Subregion countries ahead of the inception of the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015.
PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA (25 November 2014) – The Asian Development Bank has approved an $18 million loan to build a marine ferry terminal and other infrastructure in southern Cambodia to open up new opportunities for tourism beyond current popular destinations like the famous temples of Angkor.

PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA (23 November 2016) — The Asian Development Bank has approved a $117 million loan to the Governments of Cambodia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Myanmar and Viet Nam to enhance responses to emerging infectious diseases and the management of other major public health threats. The Lao PDR government is also receiving $8 million in grant assistance.
